Software and measurement problems
Email hello@barnlabs.net with “MikeNet soundcheck” in the subject. Include the page, browser and operating system, the action you tried and the error text. A small invented example is better than a private recording.
Do not send audio clips, device serial numbers, account credentials or recordings of other people. MikeNet has no upload form and we do not need that material to begin investigating a software issue.
Accessibility
Describe the task that failed and the assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing it. Include which control could not be reached, read or activated. See the accessibility page for the supported interaction design.
Privacy and editorial corrections
Use the same address for a privacy request or a source correction. Quote the relevant sentence or page and explain what appears wrong. BarnLabs LLC maintains the site and reviews these reports. There is no promised response time or background monitoring service.
